Description

This sunny and updated farmhouse is located within close distance of the White Plains Metro North Station and downtown White plains. This is the perfect location for those who want to be in a neighborhood yet still be close to the restaurants and shops available in the downtown area. The surprisingly large living room leads into a generously size dining room. The eat-in kitchen has shaker white cabinetry and is adjacent to the laundry room, pantry, and half bath. The second floor includes the Primary bedroom and two hall bedrooms with a recently renovated full bathroom. The walk-up attic is large and unfinished but has great potential as does the lower level.

"The schools are great. Neighbors are friendly and diverse. There is a lot of pride in White Plains. We have a Kindergartener, so last year we toured all the schools and all of them seemed great. Every parent I have spoken to has only had good things to say about their school regardless of which school their child goes to. The parks are great and they are continually updating them. Your child can swim all summer for close to free in either of the two city pools. The recreation department offers a lot of activities at very affordable prices."
