"This area is going through the gentrification process. The access to San Francisco, BART, Emeryville restaurants and shopping as well as ease of access to the exciting Berkeley/West Oakland environment is great. "

"A little enclave in northern West Oakland (Emeryville Adjacent). The area is in a rapidly transitioning neighborhood with a great network of active and civic minded residents. Lots of new tree plantings and great access to nearby shopping and transit etc. "
