People don't do much above and beyond and the standards aren't the same as the rest of New Albany. We got tired of looking at cars parked in the streets and people decorating their yards w/ less than average knick knacks. There is a lot of infighting on the board and the head of the group is an overly conservative overly political person with his own interest in mind. We were happy to leave. "
