3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhy anyone would make a statement about Dr. Hoffman like that with no explanation is beyond me. He has truly made a difference on campus, is caring, approachable, knows the students, and puts them first. As a parent, I am good with that. I have had several children attend Gardens and if you live in our zone, you should send your kids! The teachers are phenomenal and great counselors and APs.Parent Review3y ago - Dr. Mary Mcleod Bethune Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWorst school ever! The principle and teachers do not care your child. My child attended this school for 3 wks. He is in the 2nd grade and was being bullied. When brought up to the teacher and principle, they did not do anything when confronted several times. When I asked the teacher about my childs' progress, the teacher told me that they do not give homework to the children, they do not get tested weekly on spelling and reading. Please DO NOT put your child in this school if you care about your childs' education and safety. "I guess if we have functions like block parties or barbecues in our community somewhere was accessible and free food and drinks where people will actually come out and enjoy themselves without getting shot or worry about someone shooting and killing in the area but this particular area off of s Avenue isn't the best high crime rate in and everything else so I wouldn't necessarily say I would like to have a barbecue in this area just a thought since you want to know so much about the community I am done here thank you so much for listening "

"I like it and just to raise my daughter here. It’s quiet plus you have a little space to yourself. And nobody bothers you. "
