"its a fairly ok place to live public transportation available and easy access to I-5. American lake walking is in walking distance from the freeway and very busy in the summertime"

"We haven’t lived here long enough to have seen a lot of community events but the neighbors are all very nice and look out for each other. The streets are relatively quiet and, although we do have the occasional speeder, there usually is not much traffic with lots of sidewalks."
