"Great Schools, Close to Downtown Golden, Great Highway Access and very close to Rolling Hills Country Club. All of this in a newer construction custom home. Great floor plan, beautiful finishes and an incredible value!"

"The schools are very poor. The area is not kid friendly. It's a very small community of nice homes surrounded by undesirable neighborhoods. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ."

"This is a very old, run down area with a few groups of nice houses scattered throughout. The schools are terrible. Those that can afford it put their children in private schools. It is not a safe area and there are no parks close by. Pets are unsafe for there are many wild animals such as fox and coyotes that will get into your fenced yard in search of food. Colorado Mills Mall is close by but it isn't a high quality Mall. I wouldn't recommend this area to anyone, especially those with children. "
