"This neighborhood has long been the best kept secret in the City of Chicago. The architecture (1800's) rivals the finest homes in Lincoln Park without being overcrowded or to busy. The area has a very low property crime rate only. Violent crimes are basically non-existent. If there are any shortcomings with this area is a lack of the highest quality schools."
