"Most people drive to work, though very few ride a bike. There is minimal traffic to downtown, it is about a 15 minute drive on the expressway, 20-25 minutes along the lakefront."

"Upscale and very neighborly. Great schools and good shopping nearby. Easy to get to downtown and easily accessible to the highway. Really high property taxes but the vast majority of properties are well kept.kepVery safe area"

"Our house is within 4 blocks of a principal freeway entrance so I’m able to get to my office in downtown Milwaukee within 10 min. I might traffic and 17 min. In moderate/average traffic. Very straight shot to downtown from here with several alternate route options of various sorts such as scenic, affluent neighborhood route with lakefront vistas, , an actively commercial route and an interstate route."

"Fox Point has phenomenal schools, a convenient location and great amenities. From the Fox Point Farmer's Market, pool, ice skating at Longacre pavilion, summer library reading program at the North Shore library and Doctor's Park with wonderful Lake Michigan beach access, Fox Point has a lot to offer. Fox Point is an easy commute to downtown with it being an extension of the community, not a destination."

"safe,fantastic area,good police and fire department which is well equiped and responds within a few minutes for any reason,well maintained homes, absolutely excellent public schools. 3 sons graduated from nicolet and received professional degrees in the universites of their choice and have two granddaughters now in Nicolet in AP classes and in four varsity sports and one 14 year old part time at Nicolet and the other time at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Graduating from NIcolet makes College courses easy. "
