6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent of two children that attend the school, I can attest that bullying is not tolerated at PS 115. As well, the Principal is accessible and wants to hear from Parents. Teachers are also accessible through cell phone or remind and through parent/ teacher meetings and conferences and at the end of a school day. I cannot respond to how effective teachers are because I always check my children's classwork and homework and explain any misunderstood concept. My children enjoy going to school at PS 115 Daniel Mucatel School and feel safe attending the school. The learning curriculum is what is assigned from the DOE so I give my children practice work for the next level ahead.Parent Review2y ago - High School For Innovation In Advertising And Medi

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school has truly contributed to my self-growth and development in ways unimaginable. It has taught me how to be more of a leader, build relationship with others, and effectively communicate. Being a freshman in the school can be tough due to having to adapt to a new environment, creating a work ethic, and looking into time management. With more years and experience in the school, it becomes more viid what is expected of you and how the school can help you be a leader and pursue the future that you are passionate about. Although the school is small, it truly feels like a family because staff have more time to relate with students on a more personal level. Every staff is very encouraging and open to help with any problem or issue.Student Review2y ago - Check out schools near 1379 E 92nd St.

"This neighborhood has many bus routes running thru it and we have access to 3 subway lines. #2. #5 and the L Train. "
- Trulia User

"If you can commute between 3AM to 7AM it isn’t bad. Any other time it’s a disaster. The belt turns into a disaster which turns rockaway into a disaster then effects all the other streets. If you don’t drive good, bus and train take longer and more more risky but still better than driving."

"The neighbors will look out for one another. The streetlights are very bright. The neighborhood has a fantastic park that has a great play area."
