There's a trade-off with living here and that is being an hour's commute to downtown in the morning... If you're raising a family, this is one of the best areas in Southern California. "

And the HOA is more concerned with weather or not you park you car in the garage so it will not be an eyesore. there is also poor lighting on the streets and again the HOA says more lights will impair the looks of the neighborhood. "

    "very busy. and the new public transportation system slows down the commute and is a huge eyesore. Not t o.j mention the noise of busses going by my residence 24 hrs a day. I can't even sleep with my windows open due to the noise. Just a side note when I moved in the transit system was not here and was not disclosed , had it been I would have bought in a different location. "
