"I’ve lived in San Fernando for over 20 years. My neighbors are friendly, homes are more affordable here than other parts of the valley. We have our own police force, and they do a good job while respecting residents, unlike the rest of the valley. That said, I’ll probably be moving to Tennessee by next year. "

"Be careful the neighbors don’t keep their gates locked so their dogs are constantly loose on the streets and they are huge dogs so you constantly feel the need to protect yourself when leaving your yard."
