Many current dog owners in the area that you will see out with their dogs on a daily basis. Always pleasant with well mannered dogs, l we have never had any barking problems, everyone picks up after their dogs and neighbors always willingn to help with a poo bag if you forgot to grab on! A few elderly neighbors enjoy sitting outside greeting the neighborhood children and dogs when the weather is nice enough. "
