"I’ve lived here for 3 years, it’s the Mayberry of Florida. Very slow pace and great for us being retired. We love our neighbors and spend most weekends going to hear live music on our golf cart. We can walk across the street to the water and Kayac or SUP. It’s perfect for us. "
