The Ocean City bus is located cross street of our house and with $3 tickets you can have full day multiple stops, 24 hours bus ride around ocean city. It is the best way to get around in crowd during July 4th, OC airshow, White Marlin Open, and Sunfest events. The ocean city Tanger Outlets is next door to our community and all the stores open year around. Mione's Italian, Outback Steakhouse, and Sakura Japaness are all in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Food lion grocery store, medical center, Staples, Walmart, Home Depot, Bed Bath Beyongd, and more are all in walking distance or with in 5 minuets drive. All of the stores open year around. If you only need a quick easy time, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Applebee's are in our back yard. Assateague Island for wild horses and peaceful natural beach is just 15 minutes drive. If you like try your luck, Ocean Down Casino is less than 10 minutes drive. Living there will give you the best of Ocean city lifestyle year around and be memorable in your whole life.
The rent doesn't include HOA fee that will be paid by tenants and will be collected with monthly rental. The HOA fee includes free use of community pool and club house with fitness equipment, and trash. Tenants pay for electricity, water and sewer, and HOA fee ($151 per month).

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTheres no discipline at all. Theres a constant bullying problem. I haven't learned anything sincr 5th grade. Constant physical fights. The teachers have little or no support for people with (Autism, ADHD, etc...) and they get bullied as well. The school food sucks and its overpriced. Teachers practically just read off a book and call it a day of teaching. And they also don't remind you at all if you forgot any work. Some of teachers are way too strict or way too lenient. (One teacher took away my summerfest for playing games in class once, even though I had 1/3 strikes.) I have 5 kids- 3 already out of elementary age- and 2 are in the school now! The school was AMAZING - in the past ! I can’t believe its the same school anymore! Teachers are not caring or engaging.Parents are no longer invited to be involved, no more award ceremonies, no AR program , their students of the month program is biased , and in general it feels that the school is riding the COVID excuse in order to avoid parents involvement! 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have put three daughters and now two grandsons through Stephen Decatur High School and it is the best of the public schools, tops in the state of Maryland. I prefer this school over the private schools with a top notch education system. Well rounded, the counselors are the best and the teachers have an open communication system with the parents. The sports programs rank very high in the state. My oldest grandson is graduating this year with the youngest a freshman. Colleges know that they are getting the best of students from Stephen Decatur High School.Parent Review12y ago
