This school has went above and beyond to make him at home here. We recently moved from another school where we had a very bad experience. The hands on attention this school gave him here was awesome. The principal has been hands on with my son. His 2nd grade teacher is awesome. She was the perfect fir for him. This was our first year here and it was a great one. "Fall fest in the antique district is nice. Meth heads in random areas are fun to look at. Juban crossing is already becoming a hot spot for theft and crime. The smell of burning trash reminds me of home. And the landfill smell during the summer is one to remember."

"It's a quiet, family friendly city. Low crime, and good schools. There aren't many 'family outing' places (skating rink, bowling alley, etc.), however things are popping up slowly but surely, such as the trampoline park and the juban mall. "

"Traffic is pretty hectic in the mornings. Usually takes up to 30 minutes to get to I-10 which is barely moving. Not real real bad. Just congestion. During the daytime is not too bad, just terrible drivers in the area."
