"Proximity to all means of transportation bus trains and taxi service, Prospect park facility availability is better hop skip and a jump , traffic is a bit crowded at times everybody busy to go in the same direction nowhere . Proximity to the local hospital kings County about a five minute walk up all three minute drive depending on traffic although also Barclay center is about 10 minutes by bus"

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood directly facing Prospect Park for 12 years. The neighborhood has wonderful attributes with access to the park, Botanical Garden, Zoo, library and museum being very high on the list. Many aspects of the neighborhood have deteriorated as well. The entrance to the park area has crime, homelessness, littering and over crowding in the warmer months. We are leaving this neighborhood after suffering many of these issues. Mainly our dog has become very anxious because of all-night sound and fireworks throughout the summer nights. If you have no dog and no young babies it is worth checking out."

"My neighborhood is to over priced and I’ll be moving within the next year to New Jersey as I can actually own my home instead if renting only "

"It’s better than some for sure. Gorgeous view of the Brooklyn Bridge when you cross the east river via the Manhattan Bridge B/Q. Both lines run fairly well and are rarely so crowded that you can’t get on. It is still commuting in New York, however, so delays are coming because the MTA is in disrepair and is struggling to deal with the volume of travel. "
- Enriquepaez31

"The neighborhood is going through a lot of investment. People understand that there is a big change and are open to it. Crime went down considerably and subway lines have a good connection to the city. Many restaurants are popping out. "
