"Keep the children away from the water areas. The area is well guarded and secure. Gated community. Tennis courts, gym, swimming area. Nice park in area with a variety of activities. Monthly meetings. Input from parents welcome. "

"There are many families in the neighborhood, a lot of traffic for school in the morning but definitely a lot to do for children. Avoid children falling into bad habits because there are a lot of rude entitled children who live in the area . But this is one of the nicest areas to live in if you don’t mind traffic and lots of diversity. People are up at all times at night."

"Fairly easy access to the turnpike. Traffic around the neighborhood can be hectic. Access to 874 is also pretty close but again traffic can be pretty bad"
