The home was originally built in 1682 by John Hall in Bradford, MA as a house of refuge against attacks. There are three working fireplaces and an additional flue in the secondary bedroom for a Franklin stove. Original millwork and flooring has been carefully restored throughout the house. Custom craftsmanship reflects the period the house was built. There are several restored diamond paned windows with leaded glass. New electrical, plumbing and cooling system. This property also has a barn/garage, smoke house and is home to the original Colchester Tavern built in 1705 which was also relocated to the property in the 1970's. I also got harassed and when I told guidance, they didn't do anything or even talk to the kid. One of my friends got harassed as well, and once again nothing happened to the kids who did it. The school itself is fine, as well as teachers, but I believe that this school could do better in preventing bullying and enforcing actual consequences instead of kids getting a slap on the wrist. "Family neighborhood. Big backyards, kids playing, safe, well lite at night. Houses are large, good for families raising younger children. Great school systems, good sports teams, well known for high academic achievement. Teachers at all the schools are great. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers, good local food places ( especially two Hopewell, sayulita, beamhouse, birch hill tavern). "

"30 min across 91 via 291 to a nice drive through the hills of Bloomfield and Simsbury. Tough if later then 7:15 ,otherwise not bad, same going home, try at 4-5 and your stuck"
