N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe very first thing the principal said when we had our transition meeting “just because xxxx is on the spectrum doesn’t mean we have to offer any services”. Certainly set expectations with that bold statement. We were on a stay out for the IEP our entire time there. If you are not part of the clique, they do not let you get involved at the school - as a volunteer or otherwise. Best decision ever was to transfer my little one out of there. There is currently a state block on transferring to the charter schools because many others got the same idea. Town members complain about the loss of funding to the school from the transfer students - well fix the school issues, focus on the parents and students, and win those families back. Then there wouldn’t be a loss of funding. People leave because there is an issue. Address the issue.Parent Review1y ago - Beatrice High Wood Elementary

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am disappointed of the school. My son brought 50$ worth of snacks and sodas into the school. The superintendent took all the snacks and sodas away from them and they blackmailed the kids at the table. After taking their field day.Parent Review10mo ago - Check out schools near 121 East Washington #Phase2-lot.
