"Access to public transportation is not that great, the commute to downtown is good though. There are no parks, pools, or libraries nearby, but on the plus side many properties are NOT under an HOA so you're free to help keep Austin weird."

"I've lived here for 5 years. The neighbors are friendly. They all watch out for each other. One of my neighbors regularly brings in packages that get left at my front door to keep them safe. Our kids love to ride their bikes down to the playground at Graham Elementary school! Great neighborhood for families!"
