"I drive for about 20-25 minutes to work. It gets super busy on dodge street and I live down town, so it takes a while. There is probably a “traffic jam” about once or twice every 2 weeks, most likely due to an accident."

"solid older neighborhood enjoying resurgence - new constuction added 2007, good community between older residents and new. so very close to Old Market, easy walk to summer Farmer's Market, any of the events going on downtown Omaha - quicker than trying to drive and find parking!
