"I feellike our neighbors look out for each other. I walk my little dog every day and night and we often see other dogs and owners. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The proximity to the museum, mall, and restaurants, the Fire Island Bakery and Sagaya makes it a wonderful location."

"This is a great place to live with City Markets regular crowd of characters. The coastal trail at the end of the street leading to Westchester lagoon, hiking, biking, running, or walking.
