5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePoint Boro is a great school that doesn't only encourage students to be the best they can be, but they encourage you that you can do anything. There are a variety of classes that students are able to take and excel in. The school is academically great and all the students show great pride on what a panther is. The students have a chance to leave the school at lunch also which is another thing that is great. The schools enforces rules but they aren't overwhelming students with punishments.Student Review5y ago - Memorial Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMemorial Middle is a grade A school. There has always been a rivalry between Ocean Road and Nellie F. Bennett, so when the two clashed together in the 6th grade, the teachers did an excellent job of introducing the two groups to each other. When I went to Memorial, I had a disliking for any Nellie Bennett students, but I then realized with the help of a great teacher (who I believe still works there!) that we can all be friends. The over-all environment screams friendly, the staff is well-educated and prepared to handle any situation. Mr. Zambito, teacher of the 7th grade science, he, at first, scared my class with his mountains of homework. I can still hear the sound of him proclaiming, "Let's get rolling." But in the end, we all seemed to add a bit of maturity and self-esteem to ourselves because we knew that we had beat the school year. The principal and vice-principals always had a smile on their face. I surely do know that my children love the school and the teachers. It's probably the best in the state!Parent Review11y ago - Ocean Road Elementary School
