"People do not walk dogs here. There are no street lights nor sidewalks. It would be very dangerous to walk along the road, especially at night. There is no public transportation. If you live here it is necessary to own a vehicle and have a drivers license. Most of the people who live here and the local politics are very conservative although new voices are beginning to appear. There is also a drug problem in the nearby town of Philmont. "

"No public transportation cars needed far from Albany where there are many jobs gas is expensive the ride to Albany is about 50 minutes. "
