"Garden Lakes community holds many events at their community park such as food truck Fridays, movies in the park, sport Saturdays, fishing derby, 4th of July parade and celebration! Well kept community with minimal street parking and routine patrolling by Avondale’s finest. Very happy here!!"

"Exclusive area within Garden Lakes. Has a community pool, and front yard landscaping and maintenance provided by the HOA. Beautiful mature trees and lush landscaping. Neighborhood block watch. Very safe and quiet. People always out walking their dogs or exercising. Beautiful lakes and fountains."
