"HOA fees are extremely high for No admenities as a renter. Rately is the condos cleaned and theft was very common in this location. I had my car broken into 3 times This was my experience at these condos"

"Lived here 5 years and I have no problems. Folks pick up after their furry pets. The only problem is the public transportation around here isn’t good at all. You would need a car to live comfortably around here."

"Sketchy area I would not what to raise my children here. We plan to move out as soon as possible. We rented before we had any idea what the area was like. We’ve heard that it used to be nice but I don’t know."

"i lived here for abut a year and a half and recently the safety of this place is atrocius. we had are car stolen, my mom had her purse snatched. Not only that but there are constant drug deals going on. but worst of all just recently my 10 year old daughter who was out playing with my two sons ran inside crying because some man was sitting outside with a gun. So basicly this place is terrible it is by far the worst place i have ever lived and the moment my lease is up i intend to leave."
