"It takes 30 minutes during the summer to get to my job and i live 5 minutes away. There should be a light in front of my current apartment complex but there isn’t, since there isn’t theres an accident there at least 2 times a month. Also there used to be a side street that residents could use to be able to bypass 98 but someone bought the property its on and has done NOTHING with the property but has COMPLETELY blocked off the road.
