"To keep their children safe from strangers around here and have great schools in the area. I believe certain neighborhoods are good for children to go to such as parks in the area and the Keasler recreation center. The neighborhood near the Kessler Recreation center have affordable housing. Also in that neighborhood your near the schools and the East Alton library."

"Nice peaceful neighbors close to shopping center and service station city workers are caring people keeping the area safe by keeping it clean and police are caring people also when it comes to snow or flooding situations they look out for the residence and visitors "

"The deteriorated houses. The cops going the wrong way on one way streets. The neighbors going the wrong way on a one way street. All the trash hangs out outside and they all have plumbers pants. Nothing about this neighborhood is good. They should just light a match and let the whole neighborhood go."
