Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from April 16, 2024
Enjoy the charm and comfort of this immaculate home situated in a lovely cul-de-sac. Take some time relaxing next to the gas fireplace, on the front porch, or in the backyard. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been remodeled over the years. The large kitchen boasts tasteful and spacious custom oak cabinets. There is even a custom tv cabinet hidden above the fridge so you can watch tv while enjoying your morning coffee or while cooking dinner. Plenty of morning sun pours into the kitchen through large east facing windows. From the dining room walk out onto a paver patio that leads into the backyard. The yard is level and ready for playing or for hosting family and friends. In the front of the house, take note of the new concrete porch, front walkway and concrete driveway poured in May 2022. There is equity potential by finishing the basement with an egress window already in place for a 4th bedroom or flex room.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love our experience at William Byrne. Our son is in 2nd grade and our daughter will begin Kindergarten in the fall. The teachers and staff are warm, supportive, and kind, and the families are wonderful. Before the pandemic, we hosted fantastic community events, including Taste of Byrne - a potluck where every family gets to bring a dish from their heritage or home. It was truly incredible to see so many dishes from around the globe. I'm grateful our kiddos have friends and classmates with such diverse stories, backgrounds, and cultures. There are a lot of great schools in the South Metro, but it's hard to beat a neighborhood school experience - our kids play with neighbors and classmates in the evenings and on the weekends, and kids run through the yards and neighborhood, which I love. The level of family and community involvement here is astounding, too. Parents are quick to volunteer for events, the PTO, etc. Our son is thriving and looks forward to school every day. I really can't recommend this school and district more.Parent Review2y ago - Metcalf Junior High School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI feel that choosing Metcalf was the best choice I made for my child. He has never been so successful in school before Metcalf. He is a hard working student and the teachers work just as hard as he does to help him succeed. The special education teachers are amazing! Great school! I have no complaints. Happy I chose Metcalf over Apple Valley.Parent Review4y ago - Check out schools near 11209 Lewis Ct.
