"I lived around here for 27 years practically my whole life. The area is quiet and beautiful in the evening to take walks. Close to shopping local stores and transportation. The neighbors are friendly and they give you your privacy. Wish it was more parking available but everything else is ok."

"Dog owners are welcome in this neighborhood. I see them walking there dogs all the time plenty of grass and trees and a park on the opposite side. Because this area is very strict on the cleanliness of the neighborhood they are strict about pooping scooping after your dogs or you will get a fine of 300$ executed by the neighborhood watch."
