        "There are a lot of dogs in this area. There is even. Dog park in Elmira. However not a lot of owners pick up after their dogs so there is a lot of feces when you’re walk the streets. I personally worry my dog may catch something so I wash his feet regularly "

        "Nothing pretty much, people don’t really talk to each other where I live. Last year we got only one trick or treater, people usually go to neighborhoods on the “rich” or west side. "

        "The public transit has multiple buses with convenient routes and fairly reasonable timed trips. The buses take you to all surrounding areas. There is also a couple taxi companies in the area"

        "I know a lot of local volunteer firefighters in the community which are great to know. Walking down the street, people say hello and wave which is very nice. Some sidewalks could use some repairs. There isn’t a whole lot of traffic through the area which is nice. "

People for the most part are friendly and helpful, There is not much of a night life around here though:[ It is a nice area for those not wanting a big city life but also not wanting to live way out in the country."
