Description
Mid century modern history meets tasteful, aesthetic, and thorough update through a careful renovation and attention to detail by design build firm sydnorbuilt, as only an architect's own home can offer. Originally designed by architectural firm Defiel & Miller as an atrium townhome community drawing inspiration from ancient Roman houses and Spanish patios, Central Park West is made up of 29 units and was built in 1965. The design celebrates the atrium / central courtyard as a focal point, joining together well built living spaces with private garden areas while offering a maximum amount of privacy. Floor to ceiling full height glass windows and sliding doors surround the living areas, flooding the interior spaces with natural lighting. This unit underwent a comprehensive remodel resulting in a stunning modern living space. The interior boasts a sandblasted slump block wall, level 5 drywall finish, fresh paint, and new LED can lights and fans throughout. The kitchen showcases custom, one-of-a-kind solid walnut cabinets with soft-close drawers, quartz countertops, Ann Sacks tile, and integrated stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have been meticulously updated with new Daltile tile finishes, new fixtures, Grohe faucets and shower fixtures, and Toto toilets. Additional highlights include new ground and sealed concrete flooring, custom medicine cabinets with integrated outlets, a hidden appliance garage in the kitchen island, and includes a floating solid walnut credenza media stand. Includes upgraded plumbing with new PEX supply lines, new electrical panel and wiring. Lush landscaping surrounds the courtyard with new sandset pavers. With its thoughtful design and modern amenities, this condo offers a blend of mid-century charm and contemporary luxury.

"delayed cause the light rail always holds you up. you will wait at the stop lights forever. Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave. I would leave earlier i taking northern or Glendale east/west in the morning its a busy street for commuting."
