6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe've had three kids at College Park so far, and we love the school! The administration and teachers are so devoted to the students. We've especially been deeply grateful for the band and orchestra programs. You will not find directors who care more about their students than the ones at this school. They love each student like their own children. They are concerned for their mental well-being, and also help them develop self-discipline, concern for others, and other important life skills. Not only that, they somehow direct hundreds of students to create high-quality performances. The orchestra program is the best in the region, with consistently the most region orchestra members each year. Academically, the honors, dual credit, and AP courses seem to be rigorous enough, but usually not overwhelming. Not all the teachers have been stellar, but I think our kids have received a good education and are prepared for college. I've heard things about The Woodlands HS (drugs, negative experiences in the orchestra and band programs, etc.) that make me grateful that we chose to go with College Park.Parent Review1y ago - David Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall, I love that the children can ride their bike to school. Friendly teachers and parents. The academics are not challenging at all (at least in the early years). Can't say that I've been impressed or wowed like other parents, though. Perhaps time will tell.Parent Review6y ago - Check out schools near 11 Mistral Wind Pl.

"Great neighborhood with very nice small neighborhood parks and larger area wide parks. Good pathways for walking or bike riding. "

"Schools in the area are fantastic. Our neighborhood in particular has kids that get together in the summer to play kick the can and capture the flag. Look for neighborhoods in Alden Bridge that are cul de sac neighborhoods. Don’t live on a street that has two outlets. "

"Perfect neighborhood kid walk/bike to school. Markets, schools, ice cream, pizza, parks, playgrounds, community pools all a short distance away on perfectly maintained bike paths. "

"Our neighborhood watch coordinator has mad skills, keeping us appraised of new people moving in, and working hard to create a sense of community. Clovergate has a special Halloween potluck for everyone before the kids go trick-or-treating. "

"so far as I know, there is no public transportation within Alden Bridge. The commute to Houston is long. There is a park - n - ride here, but it only stops in a few stops in Houston and the last time I used it, it ended pretty early in the evening. "
