"Dogs are walked by owners and don’t run around loose. I’ve never heard of anyone getting bit by a loose or stray dog. I do notice that the owner don’t pickup the dog poop, but that would be my only complaint."

"Palmetto is conveniently located south of Atlanta, GA away from the crime and traffic of major cities. It is easily accessible off Interstate 85 which runs North and South through Atlanta. It is also very close to 285 which is the loop around Atlanta. Property is a lot cheaper and you get bigger homes and yards. The city bus do run right through the city from College Park, Fairburn, and Union City. Palmetto is also close to Newnan and Peachtree City. You will never encounter traffic, but police will pull you over for speeding so watch out! "
