"Lived in neighborhood for 25 years. Most neighbors friendly. Town is not easy to work with. Very unreceptive to new ideas. Such as backyard agriculture. Landscaping right of way etc. More of a gated community lifestyle. "

"It's private, not a lot of buildings. It's quiet. I live across from the woods and highway and the river is on the other side of the highway and overflow comes here. There's a small park nearby."
