Highlights of this most recent renovation included connecting the main home with the carriage house and adding full bath, laundry room and new staircase to this space. A stair tower was designed and built connecting all three floors of the home. A key aspect of this addition was to bring in an abundance of natural light and create a dramatic and beautiful element to the home. Another addition included the dining room, expansion of the main bedroom suite to include vaulted ceiling, installing all new bathrooms (3.5 in total), added a slate patio to the back of the home and a front patio/courtyard to the front of the home. One of the main goals of the project was to open-up the first floor plan and create “gathering style” kitchen with an open living area. This goal has been achieved!! This all opens to a wonderful great room complete w/ a Valor high end gas fireplace with custom gypsum plaster surround created by local artisans at Bucks County Art of Plaster, and French oak flooring. The second level is home to the main bedroom suite that has been expanded and includes a raised ceiling with shiplap wood, automatic remote window shades, French oak floors, Zen style main bathroom w/ Toto Washlet heated commode & bidet, Quartz concrete sink, Victoria and Albert Limestone composite soaking tub and pebble heated radiant floors. A 2nd BR is located on this floor as well with En suite bath. The stair tower (which includes all automatic window shades & Hanglin liquid pendants) continues to the third level where a 3rd BR is located w/ half bath. Back on the main level is the interior connection to the carriage house. There is a new side entry door that was added and a laundry/mud room acts as the passage to the renovated carriage house. The carriage home has a functional first floor that is currently used as a TV/home office area and upstairs is light drenched with vaulted ceilings, wet bar and access to an outside deck that connects to the main bedroom too. This second floor of the carriage house is ideal for a 4th bedroom or enjoy it as an additional entertainment area. The exterior has been preserved and offers a front courtyard with covered seating area, 3 Campania Echo fountains with lighting, brick patio base & TV inside barn doors for outdoor viewing. The rear yard/patio is very private and features a blue stone patio, custom brick wall, beautiful specimen trees and 2022 Hotsprings hot tub Limelight collection, w/ fresh saltwater system. A few other items to mention include sound system on main flr, main BR suite and carriage house, Emtek hardware t/o the home and Aria vents & returns. The level of entitlement goes unmatched and we were a family of “have nots” (aka lived in a townhome). My child played sports, was an average student and was bullied. Threatened to be beaten up on numerous occasions, verbally assaulted in the halls and lunchroom and the bullies… those kids should just be ignored. Just don’t pay attention to them was the administrations solution. We moved out of the district for Junior and Senior year. Usually a tough transition for a high school kid. Not ours! They flourished and ended up with an academic scholarship to college. Had we stayed, this would never have happened. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is draining for students. No diversity at all and overall very boring. I know students who have been harassed inside and outside of school. The teachers are strict and not understanding. The school will slam you for minor things like chewing gum, talking, being late, etc. Which results in 1 hour and 45 minute detentions. The teams separate the grade completely because they don't have lunch together so you can only communicate with your team for most of the time. School life is very stressful and for the past two years of me being here, I have been at my lowest point. The test scores are great but the learning environment and kids are very dull and depressing. I do not recommend this school for parents who want their child to be excited about school and happy overall in their school environment.Student Review6mo ago

"The Commute is very very efficient the highways are very close and we are very close to the highway. The drive is very very easy and fast. High-speed as much as possible and get ticketed often I’m starting to get sick and tired of the police they’re always policing the area. I’m gonna move to Wyckoff New Jersey soon.
