3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAnother fight on camera… 9/16/2022 GymnasiumThanks for protecting our children… seems like the PT teacher watched and laughed. This school has the all same problems as all the others in the area. Please be careful where you place your children. I’m more and more afraid that the staffs incompetence might/will lead to something unimaginable. Please god fix your school! Pulling my child out as well!Parent Review1y ago - Harnett Central High

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am pleased with the school's administration and faculty and felt my children received a solid high school education at Harnett Central High School. I would recommend this school to my friends.Parent Review4y ago - Lafayette Elementary

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am disappointed with some of the administrative choices that pertain to the academic quality at this school. For starters, children are only able to go to the library once every two weeks. TWO WEEKS?! That is absurd. The elementary school we transferred from let teachers have library passes in the classroom and children could go whenever they needed a new book. The administration does not give teachers a lot of independence and is very micro-managing of everything. That is also absurd. If you hire someone based on their ability to teach, let them teach and back off. Lastly, if students are placing high on exams and are at the top of their class, let them skip a grade if the parent supports it and will help the student succeed. I am just thankful my children have good teachers here. If they didn't we would leave.Parent Review8y ago - Check out schools near 106 March Creek Dr.

"Location. Close to the main road to have nice things within walking distance, but far enough away to be quiet. "

"There are a lot of off leash dog walkers in the area (most dogs are well trained but still) and nobody picks up poop. "
- Bekahjaeger
- Resident
- 3mo ago
"Plenty of dogs but lots of no poop signs. People are generally friendly towards dogs here. There is a small path behind our neighborhood good for walking."
- Kevammy

"This is a very safe area that was ranked as one of the safest cities in America. There are plenty of nice parks for walking or riding. Easy commutes to RTP, shopping or downtown Raleigh. Many conveniences nearby for anything you need. The schools are very good. Most importantly I feel the curb appeal is far above average, neighborhoods are kept up and people are friendly. We’ve lived in 7 states and two countries and chose this area for our retirement! Housing is still fairly affordable but rising fast! "

"Our neighborhood is unique because we freely offer a sense of community to every resident. We are a career military (retired) family and have lived overseas and in numerous states over the past 35 years, many of them being lovely areas. We have never lived in a friendlier, more well-kept, safer, more respectful neighborhood."
