"Dog owners are regularly out walking their dogs and clean up after their pets well. Seems like every other house owns a dog as well. We have little kids and we have never felt unsafe when we are out for family walks with the dogs in our neighborhood. They are nice dogs and well maintained by their owners."

"Best location. Kensington is a hidden, quiet, well kept secret. Close to I-264, 5 minutes to airport, 5 minutes to the Highlands area on Bardstown rd for dining and shopping , 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Oxmoor Mall. Great neighborhood Community. Beautiful upscale living. "

"Nice park nearby, zoo is close. Several businesses within walking distance and we are centrally located. Jets do strafing runs at least once a week. Drive bys are common occurrences. There are sexy women everywhere here."
