"Versy safe small community right off 441 and Palmetto rd. I have kids who attended schools nearby and I'm very pleased. Easy shopping Target, Walmart and Walgreen's is across the street. West Boca Medical center and tons of great doctors are half a mile away. LOVE IT"

"I used to live here and I moved just a few years ago. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The first day I moved here, the neighbors came and started talking to us and it just felt natural. There are annual parties and it's never one of those community parties where you don't know the neighbors. Everyone in this neighborhood knows each other. This neighborhood was like a second family to me and my childhood was amazing because of everyone that lived here. There are a lot of children and my childhood is based upon a plethora of great memories that I've shared with them. There are specific families that put so much effort into the unity of the community, and I am grateful for them. I've made some of my greatest and long lasting friends in this neighborhood. There are so many families that are super friendly and treat each other like their own. It's an experience that I cannot explain because of how much I've enjoyed living here. "
