"I work in the area and Snell Island, particularly Brightwaters Blvd. is THE place to live. Wonderful waterfront living at it's finest. Close to the CBD of St. Petersburg, Fl. This quiet and private island was developed back in the 1920's and has been the home of many fameous people. Quality of Life is superb. Some of St. Petersburgs finest residences are located on Brightwaters Blvd. and the people that live there are friendly, helpful and show fantastic pride of ownership. If you are new to the area, you should put this location at the top of your list for must see real estate."
