"real quiet in summer, easy walk to the university, nearby park has frisbee golf, tennis, playground, skate park. city camping also, with baseball/softball fields. two groceries almost within spitting distance."

"I live in this area and we love it. Traffic is a little hectic certain times of day but only because it is near a school. It's clean, great area for taking walks and gardening, nice homes, close to downtown, close to parks, moderately quiet, pretty much snake free and close to the bluff without having super high taxes. Love this part of town!"
