Description

WOW! Wait until you see this one! Looking to move to a 55+ senior park that will afford more square footage at an affordable price? Although there is still an outdoor deck to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, a generous portion of the previous decking was converted to living space! Now considered a triple wide, two more rooms with closets were added! That means the possibilities are endless for whatever your heart's desire....a room (or two) for your hobby, exercise, card party, guests, mother-in-law or pets!? The home's original footprint is still there featuring a living/dining combo area with vaulted ceilings, a built in hutch and spacious kitchen with built in microwave, freestanding refrigerator and brand new gas range. Inside laundry, tandem carport, workshop shed and easy to maintain yard space. Close to shopping, dining or perhaps, I-80 or UCD for the commuter.

"There are plenty of large open parks in the area, large fields, and sidewalks. There is also a good amount of small wildlife, so I would keep my dog on a leash. "

"Just moved here I have worked here though. No idea what parents should know. Parts are friendly but not all parts. I am hoping my new neighbors are nice and will at least acknowledge my presence. I hate when people look the other way when I pass by them."

"Nice sidewalks and parks, but not many restaurants with outside seating that is dog friendly. Outside of the suburbs, such as close to 102, it's hard to walk dogs."

"Established older homes which are gorgeous! I love how many retirees are out gardening and walking around during the daytime. The younger families are more active after working hours but overall a quiet area which is safer than it can look depending on foot traffic. "

"We live here, and find it a mostly-pleasant neighborhood. Residents are quiet, and include elderly as well as families with children. On our end of the street there is an attractive senior complex which is an asset, because it is kept safe and clean. On the east side of West Street, there are some beautiful old homes, all in very good condition. My only complaint about this area is noise. Being just a couple blocks from the high school, we endure a lot of traffic on California Street and on West Street, particularly at the beginning and end of the school day. Also, we hear every event held outdoors at the high school, such as rallies, sports events, and graduations. This would be an ideal location for a family with kids and/or pets."
