"Watch children and pets because of fast cars on rural higbways...also bus areas with parental supervision...country air good...watch for wild creatures ie. deer, snakes, owls, skunks, pigs, ferrel dogs...utilities are fair cost to low, but have to invest in your own utilities, septic, gas etc...."
