"There are a whole lotta tweekers. parties Thursday through Sunday. Rodeos in the morning. We also live next to a active railroad track. which shakes the whole house. This area is more for younger/single crowd. "

"The property is oversized in our neighborhood so dogs don’t always get walked. Those that do walk their dogs seem friendly and everyone wants to stop momentarily to chat and allow dogs to greet each other. "

"Our neighborhood is visited in December by Santa’s train ride. The younger children and parents really enjoy this. Our neighborhood is family friendly yet quiet with respect for each other. We have community Farmers Market by the Walgreens Drug Store in town each week. BBQ and food tasting events in town by the Theaters. Several events each year are held at the Jurupa Valley Community Center a few blocks away. Skating boarding and youth sports are held there as well. "
