"I love this beautiful area. It is park-like where I live. The neighborhood used to be filled with elderly— but more young families with children are moving in. We have a small town feel but are only 20 minutes drive from downtown Philly "

"Beautiful homes on Delaware Ave and Cooper streets, but Broad Street, hmm, well. I am sure it use to be charming. With the shopping malls nearby, its hard for this town to make a comeback to what it once was. The town is quite noisy with the freight trains always blaring their horns, police and fire always busy, and then then the cars racing each other down Rt 45 in all hours of the night."

"Our street all put out our holiday decorations together in December and drink wine. It’s quiet for the most part, but weekends it’s nice to hear kids playing, neighbor strumming his acoustic guitar, folks barbecuing with music on, it’s a good vibe. Love Ford Ave. 💗"

"It’s quiet and calm here. The Fasola Park is very encouraging. Many families visit this park and are very much content with it. Specially in the warmer seasons. This a very peaceful neighborhood."

"Thing to do with cultural diversities. More block parties & more family friendly activities. Face it Woodbury is turning into a major city instead of one that nobody knows of. The times has changed & that needs to be accounted for 🤷♀️🏽smh they have enough cameras "

"Whith easy access to Philadelphia and all major roads, this location is perfect. There are restaurants, parks and shopping within walking distance and even better options with a short drive. This area is undervalued and has HUGE upside for the future."
