"Easy access to stores. Extra wide Sidewalks and I lived about 3 minutes from a Votran stop. It is very quiet, and safe here. Friendly neighbors. Everything I have ever wanted in a neighborhood. Definitely a great area do raising kids. "

"Reed Canal Park is great to walk dogs.. my dogs love it! They even have a water fountain just for your dog. It's great.. Just watch out for the squirrels they like to get kinda close.. 😆 "

"This is reasonable place to live .Close to great places e very easy to get everywhere from this area. Some of the houses here look great and some don’t. Some neighbors are nice and some are not . Good schools around !"

"the river you can walk across the street fish grill or play area for the kids with swings etc. No noise as much and everything that's needed for a living is walking distance"

"It's an ok neighborhood. Honestly does not have the greatest public schools mostly due to many misbehaving kids. There are several family friendly parks though."
