What Locals Say about Sedalia

"This subdivision is a great subdivision! Everyone looks out for one another, located across the street from the Sedalia country club and outside the city limits of Sedalia(which means lower taxes). Hunter’s Ridge also has the advantage of Central Missouri Electric CoOp being the electric provider, which is cheaper than Evergy. I highly recommend it!"

"Great neighborhood, where I feel safe and people look out for each other. Lots are larger than normal, so you do not feel right next to each other. Small enough community to feel a part of and be involved."
