"Reading is a great place to live. It is a great place to raise kids. You can walk everywhere in Reading on a sidewalk. People are always out walking dogs and taking walks with children. It’s definitely a safe close knit community. "

"I am not a huge fan of Reading, it's very image based and snobby but other than the bridal district buying out the city administration, its mostly just a typical small city outside a metropolis. "

"In the 4th we could watch the fireworks from the surrounding neighborhoods detour front lawn. The parks have grill outs and there are festivals. "

"the cops pull you over easily without good reason.must have very bright license light and dont smoke cigarettes. cops are almost harassing."
