"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 2 years now and I LOVE the sense of community!!! Our neighbors communicate well, plan fun activities for EVERYONE to be involved in, and keep others up-to-speed on need to know issues or possible dangers!!"

"Nice neighborhood, clean. A lot of kids run around a lot a night. Every place is different. It may not for you . A lot of shopping centers close by, schools, restaurant "

"This is a community that is still building. With that said, there isn’t much of anything within nor around the vicinity of the residential community. There are a few playgrounds throughout the community but due to the lack of parking, it becomes a huge inconvenience when trying to create a bonding experience with your bundle of joy. On the plus side, this community is a peaceful one. Great for a first time home owner, but in my opinion, this is not a community that I would like to reside in until the end of my days."

"My neighborhood does not have access to public transportation. Commute to downtown is about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. "

"It’s calm and quiet. It’s away from main roads but still very close to everything. The hospital, doctors offices, fast food chains, and retail stores are 5 minutes away from here. "
