"we've lived here for 8 years, its quiet friendly, safe and if you have dogs, very dog friendly. lots of people walk the neighborhood and meet eachother that way. great place to live, plus you're walking distance to the beach."

"I would say this neighborhood needs a dog park, or an area where dogs can roam free with obstacles for them to be able to interact with, but to be honest my old neighborhood is under funded and needs some get up n go or somebody with some get up n go. "
